Yes, all London Lash adhesives and liquids are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test any of our products on animals.

What is your return policy for professional kits?

You can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receipt. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used tweezers, adhesives, or lashes unless they are faulty.

How should I store my lash adhesive to ensure it stays fresh?

Adhesives should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. We recommend using an airtight container with silica gel to maintain the perfect humidity level.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
